Agricultural Tractor | About
The agricultural tractor is used extensively for pulling or pushing agricultural machinery or trailers used to plowing, tilling, planting and other similar tasks. There are a range of tractors that have been developed to perform specific tasks and therefore only have one use, for example the ‘row crop’ tractor has an adjustable tread width to allow the tractor to pass down rows of corn, or other crops without crushing the plants. However these tractors are not suitable for doing the heavier farm tasks such as plowing and other heavy field work.
